*Use the Freshest Ingredients
*Use Real Butter (If using margarine make sure it's 70% Veg. Oil)
*Parchment Paper is your BFF (Use for everything from baking cookies to cooling chocolate)
*Don't Over Bake!
*Cooling Time for Cookies 1 min.
*Cooling Time for Cakes 5 min. (Let stand and Cool before doing anything else. This includes moving them to a cooling rack)
*Don't Mix ingredients to hard (Added Incline will toughen mixture)
*Sift Sugar
*Let Cookies stand on cooling rack covered loosely in wax paper for 6-8hrs. DO NOT SEAL for @ least 8hrs. This lets all moisture out or they will Crumble!
